LEVEL 1

Our level 1 decontamination service includes the application of a disinfecting agent in to all accessible surfaces and areas within a room or building. While this does not physically remove dirt and debris, it does decontaminate the areas by killing viral contaminants that the disinfecting agent encounters.

Our disinfecting agents are EPA registered and kill over 99.99% of bacteria on any surface it comes into contact with in as little as 30 seconds.

LEVEL 2

Our level 2 decontamination service includes everything in the level 1 decontamination service and adds a surface level decontamination in high traffic areas that removes germs, dirt and impurities from various high touch surfaces and objects by mechanically wiping horizontal surfaces.

This is the preferred strategy in environments where there is no known contaminant present, but precautionary steps are desired in order to prevent infection. Regular decontamination can help lower the risk of contracting a disease or virus by removing vessels for human ingestion such us dirt, dust, and debris.

Raven Environmental offers regularly scheduled decontamination services in areas where high foot traffic occurs and places where humans regularly congregate. Some examples of these areas are:

  • retail stores
  • schools
  • daycare centers
  • churches
This regularly scheduled level 2 decontamination service should be viewed as a preventative measure and as doing due diligence to ensure occupant and visitor safety.

LEVEL 3

Our level 3 decontamination service includes both level 1 and level 2 services as well as thoroughly addressing all surfaces and objects within a known impacted area.

This service is recommended for buildings or areas that have been exposed to carriers of a known pathogen or virus. In addition to steps performed as part of level 1 and 2 decontamination services which focus on high traffic areas, we will clean all surfaces and contents within any area a carrier of COVID-19 was present.

This not only involves removing dust and debris, it also includes applying an EPA registered disinfecting agent known to be effective against COVID-19 and other pathogens and viruses in the family of COVID-19.
